Το Ίδρυμα «Μαρία Τσάκος-Διεθνές Κέντρο Ναυτικής Έρευνας και Παράδοσης» είχε την τιμή να φιλοξενήσει έκθεση ζωγραφικής του Κων/νου Παρθένη με θέμα «Θρησκευτικά θέματα στη Νεοελληνική Ζωγραφική. Ο Παρθένης και η ιερότητα της γραφής.» .
Η εν λόγω έκθεση εγκαινιάστηκε την Κυριακή 13 Σεπτεμβρίου 2015 από την Α.Θ.Π. τον Οικουμενικό Πατριάρχη κ.κ. Βαρθολομαίο, ο οποίος ξεναγήθηκε από την Υπουργό Πολιτισμού, κα. Μαρίνα Λαμπράκη-Πλάκα.
Η έκθεση ήταν ανοικτή στο κοινό έως και την 28η Οκτωβρίου 2015, με ελεύθερη είσοδο. Την επισκέφθηκαν περισσότεροι από 700 μαθητές και περίπου 400 ενήλικες.

It was a great honour for the “Maria Tsakos” Foundation-International Center of Maritime Research and Tradition to host the Art Exhibition of Konstantinos Parthenis entitled “Religious Subjects in Modern Greek Painting. Parthenis and the Sanctity of Touch.”
The inauguration of the exhibition took place on Sunday 13th September 2015 by His-All-Holiness the Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew, who was guided through by the Greek Minister of Culture, Mrs. Marina Lambraki-Plaka.
Konstantinos Parthenis’ art exhibition was open to the public until 28th October 2015.
More than 700 pupils and approximately 400 other individuals visited this unique exhibition.
