On September 20, 2011, the “Maria Tsakos” Foundation supported the activities of the student’s team from the sailing school of the Nautical Club of Chios. The students had the opportunity to undertake their instruction trip on the Foundation’s S/Y “Mania”.

This was followed by the awarding of offshore sailing skipper certificates to the graduates as well as awards to Olympic class sailors and the offshore sailing crews that were distinguished at the Aegean Regatta 2011.
