Την Πέμπτη, 27 Ιουλίου 2017 από τις 11 π.μ., η Tsakos Columbia Shipmanagement σε συνεργασία με τον ABS και την ALFA LAVAL, θα διοργανώσει ανοιχτό σεμινάριο προς όλους τους Αξιωματικούς Ε.Ν., σπουδαστές και τα στελέχη των Ναυτικών Ακαδημιών στο Ίδρυμα “Μαρία Τσάκος” στη Χίο (Αίθουσα Διαλέξεων, 1ος όροφος), με τις κάτωθι θεματικές ενότητες:
- 2020 Global Fuel Limit 0.5%: Regulations and changes in marine industry
- Alfa Laval Pure Sox Scrubber: Operational and technical overview
Το παρόν Σεμινάριο αφορά στην χρήση πετρελαίου με περιεκτικότητα σε θείο (Sox) 0.50% ως καύσιμο, υποχρεωτικά από την 1η Ιανουαρίου 2020 για όλα τα πλοία που θα ταξιδεύουν σε θαλάσσιες περιοχές εκτός των ήδη καθορισμένων περιοχών ελέγχου των εκπομπών καυσαερίων των πλοίων (Emission control Areas) σύμφωνα με την Διεθνή Σύμβαση MARPOL.
Όσοι παρακολουθήσουν το σεμινάριο, θα παραλάβουν το αντίστοιχο πιστοποιητικό.

- 2020 Global Fuel Limit 0.5%: Regulations and changes in marine industry
- Alfa Laval Pure Sox Scrubber: Operational and technical overview
This Seminar focuses on the use of gas with a sulfur content (Sox) of 0.50% as a fuel, which is compulsory as from 1st January 2020 for all vessels traveling in marine areas out of the defined Emission Control Areas, and in accordance with the International Marpol Convention.
At the end of the seminar, all attendees will get a Certificate of Attendance.
